Typical includes construction management services throughout a tenant’s portfolio to set standards and provide a seamless transition from Landlord turning over the space and Tenant having the space set up for their operation. Based on tenant’s use a scope of services is designed to assist tenants in meeting their maintenance responsibilities within the lease and for their operations.
